CNC Machining Supervisor

The CNC Machining Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the production process, ensuring that all CNC machines are operating efficiently and effectively, and managing a team within the CNC Department.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage a team of CNC operators to ensure that production goals are met
• Monitor and maintain the quality of products produced by the CNC machines
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the production process
• Ensure that all safety protocols are followed by the team
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure that production schedules are met
• Train new CNC operators on machine operation and safety procedures
• Maintain accurate records of production data and machine maintenance

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 5+ years of experience in CNC machining and programming
• Previous experience in a supervisory role
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
