What You’ll Do
- Develop, modify, and optimize CMM programs & inspection plans
- Support production with training, troubleshooting, and floor support
- Define inspection methods, tooling, fixtures, and measurement strategies
- Ensure product quality through inspection validation & documentation
- Partner with cross-functional teams on root cause analysis & corrective actions
- Conduct process audits and drive continuous improvement initiatives
What You Bring
- 5–7+ years in manufacturing (quality, inspection, or programming)
- Strong experience with CMM programming
- Calypso preferred; PC-DMIS or other related SW experience needed
- Solid understanding of GD&T
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and work cross-functionally
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- High School Diploma required (Associate’s or higher preferred)

- Calypso, PC-DMIS
- Visual Basic & InspectionXpert
- Solid modeling (SolidWorks, NX/Unigraphics, Pro/E)
- Process auditing experience
- Bachelor’s Degree (nice to have)
