Overview
The Manager of Operational Excellence leads continuous improvement initiatives to drive best-in-class performance across the plant. This role sets the strategy for Lean deployment, fosters a culture of efficiency and accountability, and ensures alignment with the company’s operating principles.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, implementation, and reporting of all continuous improvement efforts.

• Develop and deliver Lean and process improvement training to build organizational capability.

• Partner with leadership to identify and prioritize improvement opportunities focused on safety, quality, productivity, and cost.

• Facilitate cross-functional teams to execute impactful projects and assess P&L implications.

• Coach and mentor employees to adopt Lean practices and embed a culture of continuous improvement.

• Establish and track operational excellence metrics to measure and sustain progress.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field required.

• 10+ years of experience in manufacturing or distribution, with a strong record of driving measurable improvements.

• Deep understanding of Lean tools, methodologies, and cultural transformation.

• Proven leadership, communication, and influencing skills across all organizational levels.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Proficient with Microsoft Office and business systems (SAP experience a plus).

• Lean certification from a recognized institution preferred.
