CFO
The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for Regional Operations Centers (ROC) Americas and Canada oversees the financial affairs and Technical Operations. The CFO is responsible for planning, implementing, managing and running of all the finance/IT activities, including business planning, budgeting, forecasting and negotiations.
JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manages IT, Procurement and Finance functions for all legal entities encompassing the ROC.
- Oversees the preparation of the Companies financials, the budget, forecast and business plan in addition to overseeing the preparation of any other ad-hoc financial matters.
- Ensures actuals are properly gauged against the budget and performance/ other variances are analyzed.
- Providing leadership, direction and management of the finance, procurement and IT teams.
- Providing strategic recommendations to the executive management team.
- Advising on long-term business and financial planning
- Establishing and maintaining professional relations with partners and stakeholders.(banking partners, auditors, etc.)
- Manages the proper implementation of accounting and cost control protocols.
- Ensures the companies are in compliance with tax regulations in all operational jurisdictions.
- Administers and complies with finance, procurement and IT quality control procedures.
EDUCATION
Bachelor’s degree AND master’s degree in business administration or related field.
WORK EXPERIENCE
10+ years of experience in financial administration
5+ years of supervising experience.
CPA is a plus
Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods

Ability to interface with Corporate and keeping alignment with departments.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and financial management software (SAP)
Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
Basic understanding of clerical procedures and systems such as recordkeeping and filing.
