Position Title: Business Support Administrator
Start: ASAP - 2 month assignment (approximately)

About the Role

Reporting to the Business Support Lead, this role is responsible for supporting the commercial and operational teams by delivering a range of administrative and business support services. Key tasks include customer and network invoicing, aged debtors management, raising purchase orders, financial reconciliations, data analysis, and preparing journals where necessary.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

Business (Financial) Support

  • Support Commercial Manager and team with financial tasks

  • Assist Project Managers with reconciliations and investigation of variances

  • Ensure accurate invoicing and documentation

  • Assist in monthly Work In Progress (WIP) process and review

Administration Duties

  • Carry out general administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, scanning, emailing, and record keeping

  • Provide support and cover for other finance administrators as needed

Requirements for the Role

Skills, Experience, and Competencies

  • Minimum 2+ years' experience in finance administration

  • Demonstrated financial management capability

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Excellent organisational and planning abilities
