Looking for an Business Support Administrator who will be handling US sales operation as well as general office administrative matters.
- Delivery Management: is responsible for coordinating deliveries with customers, distributors and shipping companies
- Data entry: process purchase orders, maintain customers information, products update, etc.
- Customer Service: provides timely customer support; answers any inquiries from customers
- Generates invoices to customers
- Manages Quote Generation, Pricing, Inventory Controls,etc.
- Prepares various sales reports
- Supports: various sales promotion events including Exhibitions, Conferences, etc.
- 3-5 years of previous Sales Assistant, Administrative Assistant, Operation Support related experience at Manufacturing and/or Distribution environment
- Basic knowledge of applicable local labor and employment laws and Employee Compensation & Benefits plans
- Possesses Leadership capability and strong interpersonal skills
- Computer Literate - Word, Excel and PowerPoint
