Summary

Looking for an Business Support Administrator who will be handling US sales operation as well as general office administrative matters.

Responsibilities:

  • Delivery Management: is responsible for coordinating deliveries with customers, distributors and shipping companies
  • Data entry: process purchase orders, maintain customers information, products update, etc.
  • Customer Service: provides timely customer support; answers any inquiries from customers
  • Generates invoices to customers
  • Manages Quote Generation, Pricing, Inventory Controls,etc.
  • Prepares various sales reports
  • Supports: various sales promotion events including Exhibitions, Conferences, etc.


Requirements/Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of previous Sales Assistant, Administrative Assistant, Operation Support related experience at Manufacturing and/or Distribution environment
  • Basic knowledge of applicable local labor and employment laws and Employee Compensation & Benefits plans
  • Possesses Leadership capability and strong interpersonal skills
  • Computer Literate - Word, Excel and PowerPoint
