Opportunity Overview

Our Client is seeking a Business Process Engineer to join our Technology team. This engineer will work cross-functionally with various departments throughout the company to improve the way we work. They will assess processes used to interact with the company’s technology and make recommendations regarding ways to improve them. The Business Process Engineer will also lead the development and implementation of new technological processes.

Essential Functions include, but are not limited to:
  • Examine existing technology-assisted processes and develop recommendations for improvement of process efficiency and effectiveness
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and communicate recommendations, progress, and outcomes
  • Map processes and workflows, both new and existing
  • Work with the rest of the Tech Team to ensure that tools being developed and implemented will fulfill the requirements called for by the relevant process and its stakeholders
  • Work with Process Champions across the organization to develop new, or re-engineer existing, processes
  • Create training materials for effective implementation of technology processes
  • Lead training sessions for improved and/or new processes
Required Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in documenting processes
  • Ability to communicate recommendations effectively to company leadership with tools including slideshows, spreadsheets, documents, etc.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Confidence Delivering Training Sessions
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work with various levels of technical proficiency
  • Desire to provide excellent customer service
  • Excellent documentation skills
  • Programming (JavaScript for example) experience is a plus
