Business Operations Coordinator- Montgomery County, MD

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated, fully in office-tech-savvy and dynamic individual to support the company's CEO in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. This individual will be a strategic partner, capable of not only managing daily operations of the CEO’s office but also leading external outreach and cultivating relationships with high-level executives, acquisition prospects, investors, and bankers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted partner to the CEO, managing day-to-day activities and proactively coordinating priorities
  • Prepare executive-level presentations, reports, and strategic briefs
  • Conduct high-level outreach on behalf of the CEO to potential acquisition targets, investors, and key partners
  • Manage and streamline internal operations within the Office of the CEO, ensuring alignment and follow-through
  • Represent the CEO in external communications and engagements when appropriate
  • Coordinate and support executive meetings, including agenda prep, note-taking, and follow-up execution
  • Maintain confidentiality with strong discretion, emotional intelligence, and a solutions-driven mindset

Preferred Qualifications

  • BS/BA and 5+ years of experience or 10-15 years of directly relevant experience.
  • Proven experience supporting C-suite executives in high-stakes, fast-moving organizations
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a polished executive presence
  • MS Office Suite proficient including strong PowerPoint and presentation-building skills; comfortable creating content from scratch.
  • Ability to manage multiple threads of communication and prioritize effectively
  • Background in investor relations, business development, or corporate development is a plus
Salary: $100K-$125K
