Salary: $190,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in complex business and commercial litigation in New York state and federal courts.
• Manage all litigation phases, including drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery documents.
• Collaborate closely with senior attorneys to craft case strategy and prepare for trial.
• Offer counsel on high-stakes disputes spanning a multitude of industries.
• Take initiative in managing client relationships and matters, ensuring superior client service.

Minimum Position Qualifications:

• JD from a top-tier law school with a formidable academic record.
• Current bar admission in New York.
• 3–5 years of substantive litigation experience, preferably in commercial litigation or professional liability matters in New York state and federal courts.
• Strong analytical, research, and legal writing skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Clerkship experience, although not mandatory.
