Business Intelligence Lead
Our client, a growing people consulting firm, is seeking a Business Intelligence Lead to drive data-informed decision-making across the organization.
The ideal candidate shall report to the general manager and will strengthen data infrastructure, develop reporting frameworks, and generate actionable insights that support strategic and operational planning. The role requires strong analytical capability and the ability to translate complex data into clear, practical guidance for management.
Key Responsibilities
Data Strategy & Management

Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of data collection, storage, and processing systems.

Develop standards and frameworks for ensuring data quality, accuracy, and accessibility.

Work with cross-functional teams to streamline data flows and improve data governance practices.
Business Intelligence & Reporting

Build and manage dashboards, and automated reports to support routine and ad-hoc management decision-making.

Analyze trends, patterns, and anomalies to provide clear recommendations that enhance business performance.

Ensure timely dissemination of insights to relevant teams and leadership.
Analytics & Insights

Conduct deep-dive analyses on clients, operational metrics, and business processes.

Translate datasets into meaningful narratives and presentations for non-technical audiences.

Identify opportunities for efficiency improvement, cost optimization, and performance enhancement through data-driven insights.
Stakeholder Engagement & Leadership

Partner with key departments to understand data needs and provide analytical support.

Champion a data-driven culture across the organization.

Present analytical findings and strategic recommendations to management and project stakeholders.
Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Buisness or a related field.

3–4 years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or data strategy roles.

Strong proficiency in data tools (e.g., Power BI/Tableau, Excel, SQL, Python/R).

Experience building and maintaining dashboards and end-to-end reporting systems.

Ability to simplify complex analyses into practical insights for management decision-making.
