Responsibilities
- Analyze sales performance, recruitment trends, and key market data in collaboration with senior management
- Work closely with Country Directors and other senior stakeholders to drive market growth
- Develop and implement sales strategies, promotions, and business initiatives
- Ensure effective communication of sales strategies and business objectives across teams
- Support sales budgeting, forecasting, and event planning
- Strengthen relationships with key stakeholders and provide strategic insights on market trends
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales and business development, with a track record of delivering results
- Strong analytical skills, including proficiency in data analysis and reporting
- Excellent communication skills in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken
- Confidence in delivering presentations at global meetings
- Ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Experience in coaching, mentoring, or training teams is an advantage
