Responsibilities

  • Analyze sales performance, recruitment trends, and key market data in collaboration with senior management
  • Work closely with Country Directors and other senior stakeholders to drive market growth
  • Develop and implement sales strategies, promotions, and business initiatives
  • Ensure effective communication of sales strategies and business objectives across teams
  • Support sales budgeting, forecasting, and event planning
  • Strengthen relationships with key stakeholders and provide strategic insights on market trends

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales and business development, with a track record of delivering results
  • Strong analytical skills, including proficiency in data analysis and reporting
  • Excellent communication skills in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken
  • Confidence in delivering presentations at global meetings
  • Ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Experience in coaching, mentoring, or training teams is an advantage
