Job Summary:

The Business Development Manager will work to assure client satisfaction with law firm performance as well as develop new lines of business from existing clients. There will also be opportunities to find new business as well as strengthening current client relationships. The ideal candidate will have existing relationships with insurance companies, self-insured corporations and/or TPA clients. This candidate will also be familiar with insurance defense litigations and client litigation guidelines.

Job Responsibilities:
- Assemble client pitch materials and conduct preparation sessions with lawyers prior to client meetings
- Schedule and attend client meetings, discussions and sessions
- Develop opportunities in the Insurance Industry for business development

Job Qualifications:
- 5+ years of business development experience in the Insurance Industry
- Existing relationships, as mentioned in summary
- Experience in a law firm or professional services environment
- Knowledge of insurance defense litigation and client litigation guidelines
- Strong with business and marketing
- Ability to work both independently and with others
- Bachelor's Degree or other related business development experience
