A global manufacturer of advanced safety technology used in cutting applications across protein processing, retail, and industrial environments. With a strong and growing U.S. presence, the company is expanding into new markets including major supermarket chains and industrial manufacturing.

The Opportunity
We are seeking a high-energy Business Development Manager to drive growth across the Eastern U.S. This role will focus on expanding into retail (grocery chains, butcher shops, etc.) and industrial segments, while also managing and growing existing accounts within protein processing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and develop new business across retail and industrial markets
  • Sell safety-focused solutions to EHS, engineering, and operations leaders
  • Manage and grow existing accounts across the eastern U.S.
  • Engage with corporate-level decision makers within large organizations
  • Present value-driven solutions focused on employee safety and ROI
  • Travel ~25–50%

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 5+ years of Sales or Business Development experience
  • Strong “hunter” mentality with proven prospecting ability
  • Experience selling into industrial, retail, or safety-focused environments
  • Ability to navigate corporate structures and sell at multiple levels

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary: ~$125K
  • Uncapped commission: $50K–$100K+ at plan
  • Monthly commission payouts
