Title of Position: Business Development Manager

Package: 150,000 Baht

Report to: Country President and Regional BD Director

Position Purpose: The mission of the Business Development Manager is to generate profitable new contracts for the company and this will be reflected in a budget agreed at the outset of the mission. The Business Development Manager will be expected to develop a strategy within three months of taking up the appointment, to be validated by the Country General Manager and Regional Business Development Director, outlining how this sales budget is to be met.

Responsibilities:

• Leading the value proposition process tailored to each client as part of the senior management team.
• Monthly Sales Report prepared for the Regional director
• Participate in relevant elements of ‘Clients for Life’.
• Maintain the Database and coordinate as required with the zone on reporting.
• Collect relevant data concerning the primary competitors of company within your host country.
• Preparation of the Markets & Competitors elements for the Three Year Plan.
• Coordinate the preparation of the Business Development Section of the country website.
• Coordinate other country/ zone initiatives related to sales and marketing activities on an as-and- when-required basis.
• Your focus as a BDD must be on the big picture and include interactive support for other BDD/ BDM’s within the Region. This includes the sharing of best practices, client information, innovation, strategic offers and participation in Regional or Country Specific projects when requested by the Regional Business Development Director or Zone Director.
