Position Responsibilities:
Reporting to the VP President of Sales & Marketing for a courier company that services that provides services for the Legal and Medical fields. They provide onboarding, on demand, messenger, Air Courier & Cargo, Government Contracts, Dedicated Fleet Solutions, Local Delivery and Logistical services. With over $15 million in revenue, 150 drivers, and based in Southern California.

The Business Development Manager is responsible for prospecting new opportunities gaining access to C-Level decision makers and develop strong relationships, develop value-added solutions to customer issues, focus on long-term partnerships. Develop Business Plans outlining focus within key verticals. Also, may perform customer business reviews and act on any growth opportunities, prospect for new business opportunities within key verticals, oversee proposal development and response to RFPs and RFIs, develop Scope of Work documents and assist in costing and pricing development, respond to customer needs, and develop a methodical overview and solution for problems. They will manage and grow existing business. Goal is to increase review while optimizing costs with the mission to drive up profitability.
