Job Description
The ideal candidate will identify and maintain business by organizing sales visits and presentations to create awareness of the company’s products to increase sales of banking, non-banking cards, security printing and packaging products.

- Enrolling at least 6 new Customer to organization's profile.
- Enrolling at least 3 New International customers.
- To identify new and renewable business for the company.
- To ensure that a company's products and services are sold and marketed effectively, efficiently and profitably.
- They are also responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with customers, suppliers, and other partners.
- To identify and exploit business opportunities while managing and resolving any potential risks.
- To offer clients viable commercial concepts through market understanding and knowledge.
- Provide regular two-way communication between client expectations and team deliverables.
- Ensure that clients’ products meet desired quality assurance levels.
- Ensure that accurate, articulate, and insightful reports are generated and compiled on time.
- Constantly analyze (monthly, weekly, and daily) business performance vs. targets and bridge variances.
- Focus on depth driven growth when achieving set targets.
- Provide management and support for new business in consultation with the internal/external stakeholders.
- Provide input into bid/no-bid decisions.
- Provide data analysis, reporting, and knowledge management to inform business development strategy and operations.
- Conduct short/long-term strategic research that informs the growth strategy of the business.
- Manage a database of business partners, setting up meetings and facilitating relationships.
- Maintain new business files and tools.
- Build contact with potential clients to create new business opportunities.
- Make cold calls for new business leads.
- Support in the development of new business proposals.
- Maintain knowledge of all products and service offerings of the company.
- Arrange meetings for senior management with prospective clients.
- Follow company guidelines and procedures for acquisition of customers, submission of tenders, etc.
- Prepare presentations for the company that can be used at the trade shows, to the clients, to the employees,
conferences, etc. - Perform any other work-related duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time by
management
Technical Competency
- Strong communication and IT fluency.
- Strong knowledge in Banking card business/ E-business services.
- Strong language skills with French & English is mandatory.
- Good knowledge of Digital Marketing & Sales.
- Strong understanding of Government / Public Sector business.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Planner, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
- Knowledge of Marketing Concepts, understanding the customer and competitive analysis.
- Knowledge of Product Development.
- Report writing.

Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, ICT or related field.
- Professional qualification (preferably CIMA) would be an added advantage.
- Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in a similar role, 5 of which should have been dedicated to Sales & marketing in printing and packaging company.
