Business Development Manager needed for metal melting and processing company.

CDP Solutions has been in business for more than 15 years and we work throughout the United States with a wide variety of metal companies. This is a remote position and would require someone to work out of a home office and work with clients in the United States as well as internationally. The Business Development Manager will have opportunities for growth and advancement within a rapidly growing company.

Our client is a vertically integrated metal processing company who has been in business for many years. They are committed to reinvesting into new state of the art capital equipment to provide additional metal alloys to their current customers while also opening up new markets. The company provides fully integrated metal melting processes which allow sales professional to grow market share without supply chain interruptions. The Business Development Manager will collaborate with the Operations and Supply Chain and develop pre-existing customers and new customers to grow the business.

Compensation

Our client offers a strong base salary compensation plan, plus an aggressive uncapped commission program. In addition, the client offers an excellent benefits package including 401(k), medical and dental coverage, disability insurance, life insurance, expense account.

Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 or higher

Commission: Uncapped commission program

Total compensation $200,000 - $250,000 and higher
