Business Development Manager, Midwest
Do you have sales or business development experience in the fluid power industry? We may have the position for you. The Business Development Manager for our client's Fluid Control Division is responsible for overseeing the Sales activities and initiatives for the Midwest U.S.
Location: Midwest US
In This Role You Will:
- Develop and propose strategic initiatives for the intent of increasing Sales and enhancing the company’s position in the marketplace
- Interact with company's global Sales, Marketing, Engineering, and Product Development teams and nurture expertise and communication flow between divisions
- Provide guidance and support to the Company’s Product Development and Manufacturing teams for all active and prospective projects
- Coordinate Sales and Marketing activities related to specific projects including supporting marketing documentation and sales presentations
- Increase Company brand awareness in the industry by attending and exhibiting at industry trade shows, industry events, and direct customer engagements
Ideal Skills/Knowledge:
- BA/BS or higher
- 5 years or more of sales experience in the fludics/fluid power industry
- Exposed to industrial market segments preferred
- Strong work ethic and self motivated
- Ability to travel regionally
