Role Description:
This position plays a key role in supporting the company’s broader growth strategy by driving adoption of its pre-finished product line. The role is critical to expanding market penetration within the CA, OR, & WA multifamily segment, working closely with field leadership to influence specification and usage at the jobsite level.

The focus of this position is to build relationships with general contractors and superintendents at multifamily builders, educating them on the value, efficiency, and performance advantages of pre-finished solutions. While the company has an existing footprint in these markets through another division, this role is dedicated to accelerating awareness and utilization of the pre-finished offering across new and existing multifamily projects.

From humble beginnings, the business has evolved into North America’s leading manufacturer and distributor of millwork, operating as a billion-dollar–plus organization with more than 30 branches and nearly 2,000 employees.
