Business Development Manager – Residential Energy Storage

We’re looking for a commercially minded, technically curious individual to support and expand our residential and small-commercial battery storage business. Whether you're early in your career or already experienced, this is your chance to make a tangible impact in a fast-growing sector — backed by a collaborative, international team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage partnerships with solar installers, inverter companies, distributors, and utilities
- Identify new commercial opportunities and support client acquisition efforts
- Collaborate with technical teams to relay market insights and customer feedback
- Conduct research and contribute to the development of go-to-market strategies across EU regions
- Represent the company at meetings, presentations, and industry events across Europe
What We’re Looking For:
- Degree in Engineering, Economics, or a related field
- Some experience or strong interest in energy, battery storage, solar, or inverter technology (internships welcome)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving technical environment
- Fluent in English; additional European languages are an advantage
- Candidates must have full legal authorisation to work in Germany. Fluency in German and a strong understanding of the local market are essential due to the nature of regional customer and regulatory engagement.
