Summary
As a Business Development Executive, you will play a key role in expanding our ceramic components business within the U.S. market.
You’ll work closely with customers to understand their specific requirements and offer tailored solutions that leverage our advanced ceramic technologies.
This position requires both technical knowledge and a strong sales background to achieve sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop new customers in the U.S. market, with a focus on industries requiring high-reliability ceramic components.
- Conduct presentations, highlighting the advantages of our ceramic components in meeting industry-specific demands.
- Collaborate with engineering teams in Japan to provide customized solutions based on customer specifications.
- Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and detailed sales documentation, ensuring accuracy and clarity in product specifications.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, consistently working to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Stay informed on market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback, providing insights to the management team.
- Maintain accurate sales records and generate regular reports on sales performance and customer activity.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- Japanese- Business level
- 3+ years B2B sales experiences in manufacturing related industries
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel within the U.S. to meet with clients as required.
