Role You Will Play:

We recently began a search for a leader in the Window Manufacturing world, who is looking to hire an experienced Business Development Director to lead their sales teams within the Greater Washington D.C. market area. You will lead a team of 3-5 Territory Sales Rep and sell to large commercial multi-family developers within the geographic territory to meet revenue and profit goals. The ideal candidates will have knowledge selling commercial windows and must be a collaborative leader, team focused, and hands on in your management style.
