Business Analyst

The Business Analyst supports both the Client Delivery team and our clients in defining and executing innovative value creation strategies across HR-related business areas. This key team member should have familiarity with HR/Employee Benefits operations and will apply analytical skills and tools to generate actionable insights that drive client success.

The Opportunity

The Business Analyst supports the Client Delivery team in business analytics, streamlining processes and ensuring compliance across clients’ HR functions. The ideal candidate will utilize Microsoft Office tools, strong research abilities, and effective communication skills to contribute to project delivery through data analysis, process evaluation, interpretation and reporting of findings, and support for project management and status tracking.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth analysis of HR-related data, including employers sponsored health & welfare plans, self-insured plan costs, stop-loss coverage, and plan documents
  • Opportunities to present findings and actionable insights to internal and external stakeholders
  • Provide project management support to ensure timely and effective execution of client deliverables

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher required
  • Relevant professional experience in industry or professional services, with demonstrated familiarity in HR/Employee Benefits Plans, Programs and Vendors (required)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Advanced data analysis capabilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and workstreams simultaneously
  • Exceptional organizational and planning skills
  • Highly detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy

** The expected annual salary ranges from $90,000 - $120,000. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills, training, experience, education, geographic location, performance, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, any contractual agreements, and, where applicable, certifications and licenses obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. In addition to salary and a generous employee benefits package (for eligible employees), successful candidates may be eligible to receive a discretionary bonus.
