HR Reporting & Analytics

This position is for a role in support of the Human Resources Employee Relations team. The team serves as a centralized function supporting Human Resources, and handles various tasks including conducting employee investigations, training, guidance and coaching to HR Business Partners. The team works to upholds the Firm’s business principles and policies and protects the Firm from legal, reputational and operational risk relating to employee issues.

On an on-going basis, the team generates human capital reporting packages for all levels of HR, Division, and Firm Management. These reporting packages enable senior management to make critical business decisions. This person will be heavily involved in all tactical aspects of the data and analytics of this function. The individual must be able to be productive in a fast paced/high pressure environment.

Specific responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Human Capital Reporting and Analysis, focusing on trends in investigation volumes, turnover/retention, recruitment, etc
  • Improvement and review of reporting capabilities and process; determine overall structure and rule sets for reporting
  • Creation and distribution of timely reports to Management based on daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly production schedule
  • Must obtain strong working knowledge of multiple reporting tools used for production and ad hoc reporting
  • Liaise with internal areas of HR to provide requested information


  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills
  • Strong Excel skills (proficient in the use of functions, macros, pivot tables)
  • Access skills (able to write queries, reports, and forms)
  • Ability to interpret data and analyze trends, and communicate the information is logical way
  • Aptitude for learning new systems and technologies
  • Must have good attention to detail
  • Interpersonal and executive communication skills
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly, flexible and positive attitude

Experience and Education:

- Bachelor’s degree required

- 2 + years of experience in a related field
