Client Account Support

  • Wealth Management is undergoing a high priority, highly visible review and remediation of certain client profiles and account data.
  • Support analysis will be responsible to work with financial analysts and branch and support teams to identify source of party, account or data issue, and drive to resolution by following defined procedures.
  • Support resolution process through clear written and spoken communication with colleague spanning a range of seniority and support areas
  • Source of issue is, at times, one of or multiple root causes requiring a disciplined and diligent approach to identify and correct account issue
  • Comfortable with fast-paced work environment
  • Strong plus – interested in identifying and improving process


  • Analysis skills working through specific and abstract issues
  • Strong communication and Customer services skills, typically working with our Branch personnel
  • Adept at picking up new technology skills, specifically our client and account systems and utilities
  • Key skill – Analyzing and reporting large data sets in Excel
  • Strong Microsoft Office (Word/Excel) skills required
