  • Prepare and submit expense reports on a timely basis, following up on discrepancies and missing receipts to maintain current balances
  • Input information into compliance modules to ensure sales representatives are following proper protocols and rules of the road
  • Make outbound calls to assist sales team members to schedule appointments with clients within their respective territory (expected number of calls could vary by team)
  • Log all interaction activity with clients into Client Relationship Management (CRM system)
  • Maintain calendar, schedule meetings and conference calls, handle meeting conflicts and prioritization issues
  • Arrange aspects of travel, keeping sales representatives’ travel profile up-to-date, manage approvals, arrange flights, hotels, car services
  • Navigate Firm’s resources, interface with various departments on behalf of executives to collect information, respond to requests, obtain services
  • Setup and maintain mail groups, keep orderly, fully-functioning work area
  • Able to support multiple internal sales representatives simultaneously
  • Ad-hoc projects


  • Excellent communication, writing, judgment, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail as well as solid organization/time management skills
  • Must be an enthusiastic and positive team player who is willing to help out and who works well with colleagues
  • High degree of professionalism, organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work well under pressure while managing multiple responsibilities
  • College Degree Preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Outlook for email, calendar and contacts
  • Other applications helpful include Excel, PowerPoint, internet and research tools
