They are currently looking for a ServiceNow Analyst to help with the configuration and implementation of ServiceNow within the organization.
As the ServiceNow Analyst, your role will be to assist with the set up, testing, and execution of ServiceNow within the organization. Reporting to the Business Applications Manager, your will part of the solutions team to help understand business requirements and ongoing needs. You will be expected to analyze user requirements, automate processes and workflows and address scheduling limitations throughout development and delivery of the ServiceNow roadmap. The Analyst will be responsible for the ongoing review of new ServiceNow modules and ensure tool are continuously up to date and the most current. The ServiceNow Analyst will take the lead on ensuring proper documentation and test cases are in place. You will create and configure Business Rules, Scripts, UP policies and actions and advanced scripting. You will be expected to configure Notifications, UI Pages, UI marcros etc. in ServiceNow. Ability to collaborate with vendors to ensure design accuracy and interface across the organization will be needed to collect and analyze data and maintain all documentation for processes. Finally, the ServiceNow Analyst will define all functional and non-functional requirements, create ServiceNow reports and dashboards, configure the current system, implement new modules as needed, and all system testing.
The Ideal Candidate will bring a minimum of 2 years of ServiceNow experience building, development and designing systems through to implementation. You will bring a thorough knowledge or ITIL and ITSM processes and a certification in ServiceNow or ITIL would be considered a huge asset. You will be able to demonstrate how you have engaged in a ServiceNow project from start to completion and bring the ability to work with stakeholders, vendors, customers and colleagues across the organization and help influence change. You will be able to explain how ITIL processes can be implemented within ServiceNow and discuss your experience with Incident Management, Change / Problem / Asset Management, Service Catalog, and Outage Modules. You will know how to work in a challenging environment that may be ambiguous at times but your strong communication and ability to work with cross functional units to work towards continuous improvements is expected. Extensive proficiency and experience with SDLC and ability to prioritize your tasks and work in a fast paced and pressured environment is required. Strong problem solving capability and capacity to learn on the job while applying past experiences is expected.
