NOTES:
Seeking is a credit card business analyst whose primary responsibility will be to assess the performance of direct marketing campaigns targeted at existing bank credit card clients, aimed at deepening client engagement with the bank, whether by increasing credit card usage or driving cross-sell of additional products.
To be successful in this role, the candidate must have a strong understanding of the credit card business and the ability to strategically evaluate marketing campaign performance. This includes conducting post-deployment analyses and providing actionable insights and recommendations for future campaigns, such as guidance on client segmentation, outreach channel effectiveness, offer structure, campaign creatives, and the impact of seasonality on client response. Ultimately, looking for someone who can act as a consultant to the business, advising on whether a given marketing campaign was a sound investment of financial resources or if those resources would be better allocated elsewhere. Simply having the term “credit card” on their resume does not necessarily indicate a good fit for this role.
