Our client is a highly respected architecture and consulting firm in roofing and building envelope restoration, and we’re looking for a Florida Licensed Architect OR Structural Engineer ready to elevate their career and income potential.
This isn’t your typical design role. It’s a hybrid consulting position where your expertise helps clients solve real-world building problems. You'll lead forensic analysis, manage reconstruction projects, and serve as a trusted advisor from contract to close-out. You'll be trained in the specialty—what you bring is your license, building science knowledge, and project management mindset.
Responsibilities

Take control of projects from investigation to resolution, ensuring top-tier restoration outcomes.

Conduct site inspections, lead pre-bid meetings, and oversee construction progress.

Evaluate building envelopes, perform field testing, write technical reports, and design repair scopes.

Build client relationships and become their go-to expert for complex building issues.
Requirements

Active Florida Architectural or Structural Engineering license.

5+ years of experience in building design, analysis, or construction oversight.

Familiarity with building envelope systems (walls, roofing—both steep and low slope).

Knowledge of Florida Building Codes and forensic investigation techniques.

AUTOCAD 2D skills are a plus (but not required).
