This role sits at the intersection of brand, experience, and environment, guiding work that translates lifestyle-driven and experience-led ideas into clear, compelling strategy.
This is a highly visible, client-facing leadership role and a rare opportunity for the right candidate to shape and own the agency’s strategy discipline, influencing how strategy shows up for clients and across creative teams.
What You’ll Do

Lead brand and experience strategy across a range of client engagements

Serve as a senior, client-facing strategic partner from discovery through delivery

Develop clear strategic frameworks and narratives that guide creative and design execution

Confidently present strategy to senior client stakeholders

Collaborate closely with creative, design, and account teams

Help evolve the agency’s strategic point of view, tools, and ways of working
What We’re Looking For

Background in brand and/or creative strategy (agency experience welcome)

Strong knowledge of lifestyle, luxury, placemaking, and hospitality categories

Branding experience is a plus

Exceptional presentation and communication skills
