Job Scope
  • Ensure brand volume and profitability objectives are achieved as per Budget to grow market share
  • Develop and execute strong brand plans for the products
  • Manage the DME in order to achieve the best financial results and spending in line with BP
  • Conduct research on the brand to ensure brand health, brand relevance and increase market share
  • Project Management KPI's to be clearly set and measured with weekly feedback
  • Strong people interaction especially with sales ensuring clear precise communicaion on all projects constantly
  • Drive employee passion for the brands ensuring our employees are our ambassadors
  • Build strong relationships with all service providers to ensure we secure their best results
  • Gather insights from the market to make informned decisions on all brands
  • Achievement of volume and EBIT targets for the brands as per Business Plan
  • Ensure marketing spend is effective with a strong ROI and within budget
  • Manage the outputs of all ATL & BTL activities
  • Manage NPD projects
Desired Qualifications and Experience
  • Graduate degree from a reputed university
  • Post graduate degree in marketing
  • At least 5 years with FMCG companies, out of which at least 3 years should be with F&B companies
  • Good brand marketing knowledge
  • Conceptual and Strategic thinker
  • Experience in ATL, BTL and research platforms
  • Analytical skills with good levels of numeracy
