Brand Director

  • Manage all brand activities for high-luxe, prestige brand in US
  • Set & execute strategies the grow sales, expand retail and optimize brand positioning
  • Oversee local team including Marketing/PR, Sales Ops, Regional Sales, Retail & Merchandising oversight
  • Support global initiatives to elevate client experience and reach new luxury clientele

Requirements

  • Successful leadership of US territory for a high-luxe brand
  • Experience overseeing and growing a luxury boutique and B2B network
  • Demonstrated entrepreneurial approach to creatively grow a luxe business while honoring the maison's heritage and high brand standards
  • Watch or Jewelry experience preferred, success with a brand/product category targeted to HNW/UHNW clients and multi-step selling ceremony a must
Compensation: Base plus bonuses $260K+
