Location: Hybrid (must commutable to Houston within 3 hours) Travel: Approximately 40% (Trade Shows & Events)

As they continue to expand across North America and beyond, they are seeking a Brand Ambassador to enhance their market presence, engage key audiences, and promote their mission.

About the Role

This position serves as the public face of the company, representing the brand at trade shows, industry events, and through digital marketing efforts. With a focus on sustainability, the Brand Ambassador will communicate the company’s values, foster relationships with customers and industry influencers, and support marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent the brand at events, trade shows, and networking engagements to ensure a strong and professional presence.
• Support marketing initiatives that align with the company’s sustainability and ESG commitments.
• Develop engaging digital and social media content to enhance brand awareness.
• Build relationships with clients and prospects through strategic outreach and communication.
• Gather insights from customers and competitors to refine marketing and business strategies.
• Collaborate with the marketing and intelligence teams, supporting leadership in key initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 5-7 years experience in marketing, communications, sustainability, or brand representation. Industry experience in recycling or waste is preferred.
• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (Sustainability focus/minor preferred)
• Strong understanding of sustainability trends and ESG initiatives.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools, including LinkedIn, Instagram, analytics platforms, and Canva.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
• Self-motivated and strategic thinker who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel approximately 40%, with increased travel during trade show seasons.
