Brand Ambassador / Coordinator

Brand Ambassadors and Coordinator does an exceptional job at creating and executing impactful presentations to really make their mark.
The hours are flexible based on business needs and 5-15 hours per week.

Responsibilities:

• Work with Program Manager to integrate PR campaigns with community outreach
• Generate leads through a variety of initiatives including grass-roots marketing, events and more
• Develop new relationships, and establish partnerships, with influential groups and organizations
• Build and establish positive working relationships with the clients, consumers, and fellow team members
• Responsible for reporting and tracking all activities to management
• Communicate all marketing requirements through company-provided forms
• Participate in in-person and virtual meetings to increase knowledge on initiatives for our client
• Demonstrate the ability to use persuasive communication, leadership, and relationship-building
• Assist in marketing team members and their performance when requested

Requirements:

• Bilingual Japanese is required
• 1-2 years of experience in marketing, community relations, administration, or community outreach.
• Must be a proactive, friendly, self-starter and motivated with excellent time management skills
• High energy with a get-it-done attitude
• Effectively balance strategic thinking and execution in a fast-paced environment
• Systematic and detail-oriented
