Branch Sales Manager with 5+yrs experience leading a team of 10+ and P&L responsibility needed for full-time position M-F 8am-5pm. Primary Duties:
  • Sales Management: Working with Outside and Inside Sales to drive new business, increase market share, and optimize performance
  • Manage Branch: Operating Cost, P&L, Inventory, A/R and Leadership of Staff - Training, Coaching, Performance
  • Operations & Customer Service: Ensure all Customers receive excellent service and overall operations of branch run smoothly and follow policy
Qualifications:
  • 5+yrs Sales or Branch Management
  • Experience in Distribution, B2B, Manufacturing or similar industry
  • History of achieving sales goals and successfully leading a team
  • Excellent communication, customer service and relationship building skills
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving
  • Ability to work in a highly entrepreneurial and performance-driven culture
