The Role
Our client is seeking a Branch Manager to lead an established operation in the Montgomery, AL market. This is a hands on leadership role with full P and L responsibility, focused on stabilizing, scaling, and driving profitability. This individual will lead change management efforts, empower the team to operate independently, and drive both sales growth and operational accountability. The right leader will bring structure, trust, and forward thinking leadership to create a scalable branch model.

Key responsibilities include:
- Full P & L ownership
- Lead and develop a team of approximately 30 employees
- Drive sales growth and rebuild business momentum
- Identify operational risks and areas of opportunity
- Implement scalable processes and empower decision making
- Partner with senior leadership on strategic growth initiatives
