Branch Manager

(Sales & Operations)

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all Sales, Operations and Management of business
  • Lead and Direct shop Staff as well as provide Hands-on Work & Guidance
  • Fulfill Customer Requirements with exceptional Service and Project Management efficiency
  • Help Customers Diagnose problems and Recommend best Solutions
  • Business Development to Maintain and Grow Sales and Service
  • Parts and Inventory Management
  • Schedule and Task Management
  • Manage Accounts Payable/Receivable & Budgets
  • Actively promote Health & Safety procedures
  • Support company HR and Financial functions

Requirements

  • 5-7 year Management experience (Business or Management Degree an asset)
  • Exceptional Customer Service and Relationship Building ability
  • Demonstrated Leadership and Communication skills
  • Computer competency in Excel and Accounting software
  • Confident and Driven with a Growth mindset
  • Safety training and Forklift safety operation an asset
  • Experience in both Field and Repair Shop environments preferred
  • Trade experience or Class 1 considered an asset

We Offer

  • $80,000 - $90,000 Annual Salary
  • Monday – Friday, 8 am to 5 pm (occasional on-call or overtime)
