Position Summary

The Branch Manager leads daily branch operations while coaching staff to deliver exceptional member service and support organizational growth. This role blends leadership, operations, and member engagement in a modern, team-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of 4–6 employees
  • Oversee branch operations including cash handling, ITMs, and lending support
  • Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and security standards
  • Resolve operational issues and support day-to-day workflow
  • Deliver high-quality member service and guide staff in product recommendations
  • Support branch performance and strategic initiatives

Schedule & Work Environment

  • Full-time, exempt; primarily Monday–Friday with flexibility as needed
  • Includes occasional Saturdays and extended hours
  • On-site role; may support multiple branch locations
