We're actively recruiting for a Branch Manager in Fairbanks, Alaska. Our client company is looking for someone that has natural leadership and business acumen skills. Will supervise up to 60 to 70 employees and work through middle manager types as well. Must be able to read financial statements and make the right decisions with the numbers but at the same time consider the employees and their strengths and weakness. Someone with construction, distribution and even a tech type of company background might be a good match.  Someone with facilities background could be good as well.
