A DAY IN THE LIFE OF THE BRANCH MANAGER
The Branch Manager is responsible for providing leadership to the location through the alignment of systems, people and processes with ongoing management of key metrics to assure financial, customer and employee goals are being achieved. There will be ongoing management of key metrics to assure employee, customer and financial goals are being achieved.
This full-time position will be Monday to Friday in the off season but will require extended hours and weekends in season.

Ideal candidates will provide:
- Your scope of experience includes direct management experience (5+ years) in an Agricultural or Heavy Equipment dealership
- Your proven skills will be apparent in your ability to effectively lead, manage, plan and organize the location.
- Extensive experience with P&L, budgets, and associated tasks will have an advantage.
