Branch Facility Manager
Job Description
Facility Manager
Caguas, Puerto Rico · On-site · Full-time
Starting salary
$50,000 / year
Benefits
Health care + 401(k)
Reports to
Director of Operations
Experience
3–5 years
About the role
We are hiring a Facility Manager to lead the daily operations of our Caguas location. This is a "boots on the ground" leadership role for someone who can run a multi-function site independently — handling operations, regulatory compliance, technical certifications, fleet and facility upkeep, and reporting — while serving as the local point of accountability to senior leadership.
The ideal candidate is a confident operator with a "fixer" mindset — someone who can spot a system breakdown, resolve it with minimal supervision, and put a permanent fix in place.
What you'll own
Operational leadership
Oversee all daily activities of the facility and ensure execution aligns with company standards. Serve as the primary point of contact for systemic issues and remove operational and administrative bottlenecks as they appear.
Compliance and government filings
Manage all local government filings and regulatory reporting. Keep the facility in good standing with tax, labor, and environmental authorities. Coordinate with leadership to ensure documentation is accurate and timely.
Technical operations and certifications
Oversee specialized testing operations and technical equipment, ensuring calibration and maintenance. Maintain the integrity of the site's industry certifications and supervise technicians to ensure protocols are followed without exception.
Asset and fleet management
Manage maintenance, registration, and daily deployment of the company fleet. Oversee facility maintenance, coordinate contractor visits to avoid operational disruption, and implement inventory control to safeguard assets and high-value equipment.
Reporting and systems
Prepare regular operational reports on site performance, equipment status, and local market conditions. Use and maintain company ERP and operations management software to track workflow and results.
What we're looking for
- 3–5 years in facility management, operations, project management, or a technical lead role.
- Strong familiarity with Puerto Rico's government filing processes and local business regulations.
- Technical aptitude — ability to understand and oversee complex equipment, testing operations, and certification requirements.
- Full bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (mandatory).
- "Fixer" mentality — someone who identifies a problem and resolves it with minimal oversight.
Why this opportunity
Real room for professional growth, autonomy from day one, and the kind of leadership visibility that only comes from running a site end-to-end. You'll be the local face of an established operation at a moment of meaningful expansion in Puerto Rico.
