What You’ll Be Doing:

Oversee all aspects of boutique operations, team development, client relations, visual standards, and inventory control.

Lead, inspire, and coach a team to deliver exceptional client service and meet/exceed sales and KPI goals.

Serve as the brand ambassador, nurturing key relationships within the community and ensuring alignment with luxury brand standards.

Collaborate cross-functionally with internal departments including Buying, Planning, Inventory, Visual Merchandising, HR, and Retail Operations.

Drive local market strategy and offer insightful feedback to help shape regional and national performance.
Who You Are:

A seasoned boutique or retail manager with 8+ years of luxury or premium retail experience.

A passionate, hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced, high-touch environment.

Commercially astute and results-driven, with a strong command of business KPIs and store performance levers.

Exceptionally organized with a keen eye for detail, customer experience, and operational excellence.

Comfortable with systems, tools, and reporting platforms (e.g. Salesforce, Power BI, OMS, Excel, Cegid).

Able to build long-term client relationships and represent a luxury lifestyle with elegance and professionalism.
