Our client in Nashville is seeking a sharp, self-motivated, experienced, outgoing person to fill the role of Bookkeeper/Administrative Assistant. This is a full time position with excellent benefits.
Responsibilities:
General Bookkeeping- Highly qualified and adept with Quickbooks, data entry, invoicing clients, accounts payable, accounts receivable, process transactions, reconciliation, reporting and paying sales tax monthly...etc
Administrative Office Duties include: Day-to-day office administration to include Bookkeeping. Assist with incoming phone activity and walk-in clients, standard
Requirements:
- Required Skills- Minimum 2 year degree, or similar experience in office administration or business management preferred.
- Highly proficient in QuickBooks, Excel, MS Office, Outlook
