Bookkeeper/Accountant-Woodstock

Our client (a Services company) is looking to hire a Bookkeeper/Accountant to handle the following duties:

  • Monitor the financial performance of the company
  • Compile and analyze financial reporting packages
  • Prepare monthly and annual operating budgets
  • Develop and manage financial controls in accordance with the company’s procedures
  • Communicate financial metrics to senior management
  • Provide leadership and support to accounts receivable and accounts payable departments
  • Manage the preparation of payroll for personnel
  • Keep up-to-date on current HR trends Balance and maintain accurate ledgers
  • Match purchase orders with invoices
  • Coordinate bank deposits and report financial results on a regular basis to management
  • Monitor office expenses and tally and enter cash receipts
  • Pay vendor invoices and track bank account balances
  • Develop monthly financial statements, including cash flow, profit and loss statements and balance sheets
  • Prepare quarterly and monthly tax returns, along with payroll, operating and business taxes
  • Salary is up to 50k plus Excellent Benefits 401k with an Employer 4% direct contribution (not a match)
  • Health Insurance company pays half price regardless of plan type Year-end bonus
