Job Description
Immediate in-office Bookkeeper opportunity for an experienced Bilingual preferred (English/Spanish) and with HR Benefits Administration experience in Gainesville, FL $55-$75K, DOE, plus benefits and perks for a restaurant industry client with multi-site, over 100 staff. This opportunity will allow you to take the accounting and operations to the next level.
REQUIREMENTS:- Associate Degree
- Min 5 yrs of professional related experience
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for the Accounting Department
- A/P, A/R, Payroll
- Responsible for all General Ledger accounting and functions including Journal Entries, Credit Management, and Cash Controls
- Strong Collections Experience
- Inventory Management
- Corporate Event Management
- Multi-site Accounting Experience
- Payroll Management
- Contract negotiation with utilities, IT Suppliers, Insurance and Payroll Services
- Human Resource functions, including OSHA compliance
