Immediate in-office Bookkeeper opportunity for an experienced Bilingual preferred (English/Spanish) and with HR Benefits Administration experience in Gainesville, FL $55-$75K, DOE, plus benefits and perks for a restaurant industry client with multi-site, over 100 staff. This opportunity will allow you to take the accounting and operations to the next level.

  • Associate Degree
  • Min 5 yrs of professional related experience
  • Responsible for the Accounting Department
  • A/P, A/R, Payroll
  • Responsible for all General Ledger accounting and functions including Journal Entries, Credit Management, and Cash Controls
  • Strong Collections Experience
  • Inventory Management
  • Corporate Event Management
  • Multi-site Accounting Experience
  • Payroll Management
  • Contract negotiation with utilities, IT Suppliers, Insurance and Payroll Services
  • Human Resource functions, including OSHA compliance
