Bookkeeper – QuickBooks

Our client is growing and needs a Bookkeeper with QuickBooks experience.


  • Process Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
  • Process Payroll for 30 employees using ADP
  • Organize, maintain and closeout invoices from vendors
  • Manage and maintain multiple projects and accounts simultaneously by organizing, sorting, and authenticating documents (Liens, COI’s) in a timely manner
  • Manage schedules, organize office functions and oversee daily operations for multiple employees and contractors
  • Order supplies and other clerical duties
  • Five or more years of Bookkeeping experience
  • QuickBooks experience is a MUST
