Bookkeeper
EA Talent Solutions has been engaged by a long‑established real estate management company to recruit an experienced Bookkeeper for their New Hyde Park, NY office. This person should be self-driven, reliable, and resourceful individual with a strong work ethic and a can‑do attitude. Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and review financial records, statements, and reports.
- Perform general accounting duties, including reporting and budget-related analysis.
- Conduct accurate and timely bank reconciliations, identifying discrepancies.
- Maintain organized and complete files and documentation.
- Interface with management, internal teams, and third parties as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 2+ years of bookkeeping or relevant accounting experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Extremely detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Able to meet deadlines and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Real estate or property management experience is a plus but not required.
