FULL CHARGE BOOKKEEPER
BIRMINGHAM, AL

Our client needs a dependable Bookkeeper with 3 - 5 years plus years of experience to handle:

  • Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable
  • Process payroll (including monthly, quarterly, & annual payroll reports)
  • Familiar with sales tax filings (muilti-state)
  • Familiar with business licenses
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Adjusting journal entries

Software Experience Needed:

  • Great Plains
  • QuickBooks (desktop & online)
  • APS
  • Microsoft Suite
