About the Opportunity
We’re partnering with an organization that needs a highly organized, detail-oriented accounting professional to support day-to-day financial operations. This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys hands-on accounting work, can manage high-volume transactions, and takes pride in accuracy.
You’ll support a wide range of responsibilities across accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, tax reporting, and credit-related activities. The environment is busy, detail-heavy, and constantly moving, making this an excellent opportunity for someone who is dependable, adaptable, and comfortable wearing a lot of hats.
What You’ll Do
You’ll manage full-cycle A/P and A/R work, including processing invoices, payments, deposits, credit cards, checks, ACH activity, and gift certificates. Accuracy is critical, especially in deposit reporting and data entry during busy periods.
This role also includes account reconciliations, credit memos, credit applications, and monthly sales and use tax reporting across multiple states. You’ll work in Excel and several web-based portals daily, maintain organized records, and communicate regularly with internal teams, vendors, and sales contacts to keep everything on track.

Preferred Experience & Attributes
- Experience with full-cycle accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Strong financial math and percentage calculation skills
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
- Comfortable using Word, email, Google tools, and multiple web portals
- Able to learn and navigate specialty accounting software
- Strong organization, follow-up, and communication skills
- Detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to manage repetitive work with accuracy
