Bookkeeper Opportunity in Nashville

Our client is looking for a Bookkeeper with Payroll processing and accounting experience.

The role will be responsible for processing multi-state payroll for over 200 employees including both hourly and salaried employees using ADP, filing quarterly payroll tax payments and calculating commissions.
Obtaining new state/local tax ID numbers for new pay locations, maintaining vacation banks and headcount reporting.

Responsible for posting journal entries for payroll, postage, banking fees, Amex fees, Tax and 401(k) adjustments and fixed asset depreciation.

Experience with a third party payroll system like ADP is a MUST
Must be proficient with Excel
